It is highly probable considering the fantastical explanation as to how Epstein committed "suicide" that he is still alive. We are dealing with the elite underworld. Likely his "death" was just to kill the story and the digging that would have inevitably exposed many who control the world. So naturally he needed to go away.
While it cannot be confirmed that it is in fact Jeffrey Epstein. The man at the 2:10 mark looks an awful lot like him. Interestingly he takes cover inside the vehicle once he spots the drone.

It was stated by former Labor Secretary Alex Acosta that Epstein was "intelligence". Is he alive? We will never know. But highly probable considering his connections.
At this point the powers that be don't even respect the public enough to come up with good lies or cover their tracks well. The brain dead public will drink all the Kool Aid every time. So it's not too surprising they would be so careless at to let him be exposed outside on his island. I mean we believed that he wasn't on suicide watch - after trying to commit suicide two weeks prior. And that the guards fell asleep - on a internationally high profile case. And then the cameras malfunctioned. So basically they are saying we are stupid.
